Regulation (EU) 2016/679/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 2018 on the processing of personal data of natural persons and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") shall apply in all Member States of the European Union. 2. Your personal data processed by us. Purpose. Legal basis. Duration of data processing

We only collect personal data from you that is necessary to enable you to use our website, fulfill your orders, provide access to our products, and inform you about our products, services, and offers (direct marketing), where permitted by law or based on your consent.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

When you create a user account on our website, hu.pretta.net , we request and collect your name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and IP address.

We need this personal data for the purpose of pre-contractual negotiations, to provide access to our products and to enable you to place orders. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contractual obligation. If you do not consent to the processing of your data, Edamgroup SRL will not be able to fulfill and deliver your order.

The data you provide when creating your account will not be the subject of decisions based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, will not be transferred to third parties, and will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.

ORDER PROCESSING

When completing and finalizing the order form, we request and collect your name, surname, contact address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and IP address.

We need this personal data for contractual purposes in order to fulfill your orders, deliver the products to the address provided, fulfill our warranty obligations related to the products, or, where applicable, process the return of the products. The legal basis for data processing is the contractual obligation between the parties, as set out in the Terms of Use. If you do not consent to the processing of your data, Edam Group SRL will not be able to fulfill and deliver your order.

However, your personal data is also required for the purpose of issuing and forwarding invoices for the products delivered. Your online payment data will not be accessible or stored by Edam Group SRL, but only by the electronic payment service provider or another service provider authorized to store card identification data, whose identity we will inform you about in advance before you actually provide your card details for online payment. The only payment data we store is the date of initiation and completion of the transaction and the status of the payment. Based on a legal obligation, your personal data, which is necessary for the preparation of payment documents, will be forwarded to our contractual partners who provide us with IT services, and we will use this data to submit tax and accounting declarations to the tax authorities.

Your personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for 3 years from the date of the last order, which is the limitation period.

In order to fulfill our obligations in a timely and proper manner, your personal data will be transferred to our trusted, carefully selected contractual partners:

  • Data storage service provider operating on an external server located in Romania;
  • accounting services provider;
  • provider of email communication and correspondence services;
  • A mobile phone service provider operating in Romania who will help you stay in touch;
  • contractual courier services;
  • online payment service processors.

The data you provide when creating your account will not be the subject of decisions based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, and will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.

NEWSLETTER – DIRECT MARKETING

Subscription and unsubscription to the BRAND newsletter is free and voluntary, based solely on your consent. The newsletter is a periodic means of information in electronic form (e-mail, SMS) only, about the Seller's products, services, promotions, etc. for a given period, without any obligation on the part of the Seller regarding the information contained therein.

In order to provide marketing services, we collect the following data from you: e-mail address, telephone number, last name, first name. We use this data exclusively to inform you about our products, services and offers. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, and the duration of data processing is the entire duration of the consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to one of the following addresses: office@pretta.net or edamgroup@yahoo.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive from us. The withdrawal of consent will result in the termination of data processing. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Your data will not be transferred to another data controller or data processor, nor will it be transferred to a third country or international organization.
