The images published on the website correspond to reality, however, the colors of the products may differ slightly due to the photography process or monitor settings. Customers of hu.pretta.net will always be informed whether the given product is in stock, whether it is made to order, how long it will take to process and how long it will take to reach them. This information will be communicated by email or telephone. Product images, offers, prices and prize draws may change without prior notice. Products sold through the hu.pretta.net website will be shipped with a tax invoice upon delivery.
4. OWNERSHIP – COPYRIGHT
The use of the website hu.pretta.net (including viewing and purchasing products) implies acceptance of certain terms of use, which take the form of a legal contract between the user and EDAM GROUP SRL. It is therefore recommended to read the following paragraphs carefully.
By visiting the website hu.pretta.net or purchasing a product, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. The same applies to the use of any current or future services provided by EDAM GROUP SRL.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, modify, supplement, use, display, embed, transmit, remove signs, images, photos, textual content, display, sell, etc. this content, data, information, photos or other information without the prior written permission of EDAM GROUP SRL.
No customer acquires any right or license to use the information on the site solely by using or accessing the website. No customer has the right to use automatic or manual means to monitor the content available on the site.
5. CUSTOMERS – DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The buyer is obliged to treat confidentially the information obtained during access to and use of the website, as well as during registration, login, ordering and fulfillment, as well as any other information obtained through communication related to the use of the website. The buyer is prohibited from disclosing his relationship with EDAM GROUP SRL to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
If the customer sends information or materials – such as ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, etc. – through the website, EDAM GROUP SRL acquires unlimited and irrevocable access to them, as well as the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute them.
The customer will be notified by email of the product's availability in stock - regardless of whether it is a promotional product - after placing the order.

By accessing the website and our products, EDAM GROUP SRL processes your personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes. As for your rights as a data subject, they are ensured under Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of personal data of individuals and on the free movement of such data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy published by us and other measures implemented to ensure your rights.
6. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The prices displayed on the hu.pretta.net website are in HUF and include VAT (19%). The prices are valid at the time of access to the displayed page, unless there is an obvious price error. Thus, even after placing the order, if we detect a price error for any of the ordered products, EDAM GROUP SRL will immediately notify the Customer and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. In the absence of a response, the order will be canceled.
EDAM GROUP SRL reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
The prices displayed do not include shipping costs. These costs will be added to the total amount of the order later. When you order a product on hu.pretta.net , you pay the shipping costs not to EDAM GROUP SRL, but to the courier company that delivers the order based on a partnership with EDAM GROUP SRL. In the event of a return, EDAM GROUP SRL will refund the price of its own products, according to the conditions set out in these GTC (Terms of Use).
By finalizing your order on the hu.pretta.net website, you irrevocably agree to pay the price of the ordered products. We hereby inform you that during the process of registering your order, you will be redirected to our partners' websites, where you can enter the necessary payment details.
7. REGISTRATION AS A USER
Any customer who wishes to do so can simply register on our website by clicking on the Register button on the main page and following the steps requested there.
To register, you must provide your first name, last name, email address and a password. It is mandatory to provide a valid email address, otherwise the registration process cannot be continued. You are entirely responsible for keeping your password and registration, login and account information secure. You are entirely responsible for all orders and/or payments made through your account on our website.
8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Placing an order is done by following these steps:
1. select the desired products and click the "Add to Cart" button,
2. if you want to add more products to the cart, click on the "Continue shopping" button, if you want to complete the order, click on the "Complete order" button,
3. after selecting the desired products, if you do not yet have an account on the site and do not wish to create one, select the "Complete order as a guest" option and then enter your email address to confirm your order,
4. enter your billing information,
5. enter the delivery address,
6. delivery is made by courier service,
7. select the payment method,
8. check the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions",
9. you have the opportunity to consent to receiving newsletters,
10. finalize the order by clicking the "Complete Order" button
The order is only considered confirmed when the invoice is sent to the email address provided by the buyer.
If the ordered product is not available, Edam Group SRL will immediately notify the customer via email or WhatsApp and offer alternative, similar products. The customer can decide whether to accept the offer or cancel the order. If the customer does not respond, the order will be considered canceled.
9. PAYMENT AND RESTRICTIONS
SC EDAM GROUP SRL strives to provide the most detailed possible description of its products on the hu.pretta.net website, however, it does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any content on the website are completely accurate or error-free.
Likewise, SC EDAM GROUP SRL is not responsible for any type of loss, such as: loss of data, lost profits, inability to use the information on the site, changes to data, prices or the structure of the website without prior notice.
The Customer is obliged to select the desired payment method before placing the order by checking the appropriate option, according to the steps of the ordering process. If the Customer places an order with a later delivery (more than 3 days from the date of order), in order to ensure the reservation of the product, he will receive a notification for payment by bank transfer. The Customer can accept this, in which case we will send an invoice with all the necessary details for the transfer, or he can refuse it, in which case the order will be considered canceled. In the absence of a response, the order will also be considered canceled.
The Seller issues an invoice to the Customer for the delivered products. To this end, the Customer is obliged to provide the Seller with all necessary information for the issuance of the invoice, in accordance with applicable law. The invoice will be delivered to the Customer in printed form together with the ordered products.
The Customer can choose between cash on delivery or using Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards.
If the Customer chooses to pay by card, upon receipt of the order, EDAM GROUP SRL requests a pre-authorization for the given card to verify whether the necessary funds are available to complete the transaction.
The amount will be deducted from the Customer's card when the order is handed over to the courier for delivery. By clicking the "Authorize Payment" button, the Customer confirms that he is the owner of the card. Credit cards are checked and authorized by the issuing institution, and if authorization is not granted, EDAM GROUP SRL is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the order. If the Customer provides an invalid card or does not respond to the rejection notification in a timely manner, the order will be considered canceled. EDAM GROUP SRL does not charge any additional fees or surcharges for payment by bank card. If the amount deducted or refunded from the card differs from the price displayed at the time of order completion or the amount confirmed as refundable, the Customer should contact their bank for further information on bank fees related to the transaction.
10. TRANSPORTATION POLICY
The seller delivers the products directly to the buyer's home / to the address provided by the buyer.
Delivery is carried out by GLS/Sameday courier service.
The delivery fee is 1300 HUF, which must be paid to the courier service, as this amount is for their service, namely for the actual delivery of the ordered product(s), which are the property of EDAM GROUP SRL, to the customer's home, based on the order.
If the delivery address is outside the coverage area of the courier service and the courier service charges additional costs for reaching it, EDAM GROUP SRL will immediately inform the Customer, who has the right to decide whether to accept the delivery costs or to cancel the order.
Orders for products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation email. The package should arrive within 2-3 business days of the order confirmation. This deadline may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Edam Group SRL, but should not exceed 10 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures safe transportation. The carrier is responsible for any damage to the product, package or shipment during transportation, in accordance with applicable local laws.
For orders exceeding 42,000 HUF, the shipping costs are covered by EDAM GROUP SRL as a bonus, so in this case the costs are borne by EDAM GROUP SRL, as specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
If, after confirming the order and delivering the package, the customer refuses to accept the package from the courier - which will result in additional costs for Edam Group SRL - and then places a new order for the same product or a different one, Edam Group SRL will immediately notify the customer by email or WhatsApp and, taking into account the circumstances, will suggest a bank payment method. The customer may indicate their decision in their response. Edam Group SRL will not hand over the order to the courier if the customer does not make the bank payment. In the absence of a response, the order will be considered cancelled and Edam Group SRL reserves the right not to fulfill any further orders for the customer.
11. RETURN POLICY
Legal right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Decree 34/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the contractual relationship with EDAM GROUP SRL within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to justify their decision. Customers who are not satisfied with the product may return it and/or choose another product up to the value of the returned product, or request a refund of the value of the returned product(s), subject to the following conditions.
The deadline is considered met if the products are returned before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. Otherwise, if the products are not returned in accordance with the conditions specified, the Customer must bear, in addition to the shipping costs, the additional costs resulting from the depreciation of the products and from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The costs associated with returning the products (shipping costs) are borne by the Customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Customer to send his/her intention to withdraw by e-mail before the expiry of the deadline to the following addresses: office@pretta.net , edamgroup@yahoo.com , with the following data:
- the product(s) you wish to return
- choice of exchange or refund
- the bank account number and name of the account holder to which the value of the returned product(s) ordered from EDAM GROUP SRL should be transferred
- furthermore, since the opinion of each customer is important to us, and the continuous improvement of the quality of services is of paramount importance to EDAM GROUP SRL, we ask the Customer to also provide the reason for the return.
After notifying the withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to properly package the product(s), call a courier, and send the package to the address indicated on the invoice.
After receipt and inspection of the product(s), the value of the returned product(s), which is the property of EDAM GROUP SRL, will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Customer, excluding shipping costs related to the services of a third party - the courier service.
Likewise, if the Customer has received free shipping under the conditions described in section 10. SHIPPING POLICY, the amounts paid will be refunded after deducting the value of the shipping costs - provided as a bonus.
The amounts paid will be refunded by EDAM GROUP SRL after receiving and checking the returned products, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer announced his decision to return the product(s).
Products cannot be returned/exchanged in the following cases:
- they show signs of use, wear or washing;
- accessories are missing;
- documents proving the purchase made on our website are not available;
- the products were made based on the individual requests of the consumer, or the products were imported for the customer on a special order.
Regarding the return of defective products: as soon as the Customer discovers the defect, he must immediately notify EDAM GROUP SRL at the following e-mail addresses: office@pretta.net , edamgroup@yahoo.com , or by phone at +40745767060. The product must then be delivered by courier to the address provided by phone or e-mail. After careful inspection of the returned product, the Customer will be informed about the repair / replacement / refund of the product price - in the indicated order - within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the confirmation of the agreed solution. In the event of the return of defective or damaged products, the Customer will be refunded the full amount, including shipping and return costs. The amounts will be returned exclusively to the bank account that the Customer provided when notifying the intention to return. Exceptions are products purchased during special promotions (e.g. Black Friday or other major discount campaigns), as well as products that were advertised with minor errors/defects and sold at a reduced price - these products can be returned exclusively at the Customer's expense.
In the event of a product exchange, only products of the same price can be accepted, or the price of the new product may be higher than the price of the product to be exchanged. In the event that the Customer chooses a new product with a lower price than the original product, the price of the new product will be considered the same as the price of the product to be exchanged.
Shipping costs incurred during product exchange are borne by the Customer.
Edam Group SRL may refuse to cooperate with Customers who have abused their right of withdrawal from a purchase, as well as with Customers who behave inappropriately during online contact (refusal to accept an order, abusive product returns, return of used products, use of aggressive language and/or unfounded negative public statements - for example, without evidence, arguments or real basis). Edam Group SRL will decide on the warning at its discretion, and if Edam Group SRL decides so, the warning will be sent before imposing restrictions on the sale of products or services.
12. COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE

We will record your complaint and send a written response to the email address you provided when reporting the complaint, no later than within 3 business days.
The Client declares that he undertakes not to make his complaint public (for example, on social media, in the media, at private events or in any other form), otherwise he must bear the legal consequences of any damage resulting from the violation of good reputation that EDAM GROUP SRL suffers due to such actions.
13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SC EDAM GROUP SRL reserves the right to modify the content, policies, and terms of use of the hu.pretta.net website at any time without prior notice to users, although we will endeavor to inform customers of these modifications.
The user of the website hu.pretta.net is obliged to regularly check the terms of use. If he does not agree with the changes made by EDAM GROUP SRL, he is obliged to stop using the website. If the user continues to use the website, it is considered as acceptance of the changes.
14. CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY
By creating and using an account, the Customer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information (username and password) and managing access to the account, and is responsible for activities carried out through his account in accordance with the law.
By accessing the website, creating an account, using the website, placing an order, etc., the Customer expressly and unambiguously accepts the Terms and Conditions as set out in the latest version of the website. After creating an account, the use of the content of the website is equivalent to acceptance of the changes to the Terms and Conditions or their updated version. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the final version each time they use the website.
The Customer confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box, submitting the order and/or making the online payment.
We are not liable for any damage suffered by the Customer or a third party as a result of our failure to fulfil our obligations under the order or as a result of the Customer using the products after delivery, in particular any damage resulting from the loss of the product.
We are not responsible for any damage to or virus infection of your computer resulting from your access to, use of or browsing our site, or from any content, information, material, data, text, images, video or audio downloaded from the site.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under this contract on time or in full or in part if the failure is due to a force majeure event defined by law and beyond the control of the parties.
The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party of the occurrence of the event within 5 (five) days and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
The contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the Merchant and the Customer under this Contract shall be primarily resolved amicably, and in case of failure, the competent courts of Ploiești shall be consulted.
17. FINAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned by EDAM GROUP SRL, which allows you to access and use it, provided that you accept these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the website, you automatically and expressly agree to be bound by them.
EDAM GROUP SRL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the website. The Customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions each time he accesses the website. The Customer is obliged to comply with the Terms and Conditions contained on the website and cannot invoke the lack of knowledge of them when accessing, using the website or placing an order.
When EDAM GROUP SRL periodically organizes promotions, they are published on the website. The promotions start from the moment of activation on the website and end at the moment of deactivation. The promotions cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts and are valid only while stocks last.
