RETURN POLICY
Statutory right of withdrawal. According to the provisions of the ???, the buyer may withdraw from the contractual relationship with EDAM GROUP SRL within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving any reason. The buyer who is not satisfied with the product may return it up to the value of the returned product and/or choose another product, or receive a refund of the value of his/her product(s) according to the following conditions.
The deadline can be met if the products are returned before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. Otherwise, if the products are not delivered under the specified conditions, in addition to the shipping costs, the Customer will be charged with any additional costs resulting from the reduction in value resulting from manipulation other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The cost of returning the products (shipping costs) is borne by the Customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send a message regarding the return of the product(s) to office@pretta.net/edamgroup@yahoo.com before the expiration of the withdrawal period, with the following specifications:
- the product(s) you wish to return
-the possibility of replacing or refunding the amount
- indication of the invoice and bank account holder for payment of the returned product(s) ordered from EDAM GROUP SRL
- because the opinion of each customer is very important, but also because EDAM GROUP SRL constantly strives to improve the quality of the services provided, so we ask that you inform the Customer of the reason for the return.
After notification of withdrawal, the Buyer shall properly package the product(s), call the courier and send the package to the address indicated on the invoice.
After receiving and checking the product(s), the Customer will receive the amount paid for the returned product(s) to the designated bank account, the property of EDAM GROUP SRL, not the costs incurred in connection with the delivery of the products, the service provided by it, a third party or the courier company.
Similarly, in the event that the Customer has enjoyed free delivery of the products under the conditions described in point 10. DELIVERY POLICY, the refund of the amounts paid is a bonus.
EDAM GROUP SRL will refund the amounts paid after receiving and checking the delivered goods, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of its decision to return the product(s).
Products cannot be returned/exchanged in the following cases: - shows signs of use, wear, or washing;
- lack of accessories;
- does not present documents proving the purchase from our website;
- the products were manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or in the case of products brought to the buyer on a special order.
Regarding the return of defective products, after the defect has been detected by the Buyer and communicated to EDAM GROUP SRL by e-mail at office@pretta.net/edamgroup@yahoo.com, the product will be made available to the courier at the address provided in the e-mail. After a thorough analysis of the returned product, the Customer will be informed about the repair/replacement/refund of the product, in the order indicated, within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the confirmation of the agreed version. The amount paid for the products returned due to actual damage or deficiency will be fully refunded to the Buyer. As well as the shipping costs and the costs of returning the products. The amounts will be refunded only to the bank account provided when the product was returned.
In the case of product exchange, only products of the same price can be exchanged or the price of the new product is higher than the price of the exchanged product. In the event that the Customer chooses a new product with a lower price than the product he wants to exchange, the price will be the same as the price of the exchanged product.
The Customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the product exchange.
Edam Group SRL may refuse to cooperate with Customers who have abused the right of withdrawal from the purchase, but also with Customers who behave inappropriately in their online relationships (refusal to accept orders/abuse of product returns/return of used products, etc.). They will be notified before imposing restrictions on the sale of products or services.
