WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

1. This guarantee letter ensures all rights guaranteed by the applicable legislation: Act No. 449/2003; Government Decree No. 21/1992, as republished

2. Ways to provide the guarantee: repair of the product, its replacement, or if these are not possible, refund of the value of the product within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

3. The method of repair will be determined by mutual agreement.

4. Any quality complaints should be submitted directly to the store during the warranty period.

5. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of sale-purchase of the product for defects that are not due to the consumer's fault.

6. The following conditions must be met to validate the warranty:
– The products mentioned in this warranty are made of genuine leather or leather substitute material and should be maintained by regularly dusting with a soft cloth, while grease or other stains can be removed with a damp cloth dipped in a mild detergent solution. The use of thinners or acidic substances is prohibited.
– Products made of nubuck, maple, buff, spalt (suede), and suede-type leather can be cleaned with a dry and clean eraser, natural crepe or sponge.
– For light-colored leather products such as white, beige, red, gray, etc., contact with lipstick, indigo, printing ink, pens, dark-colored leather, etc. should be avoided to prevent staining.
– Leather and leather substitute products should be stored in a clean, unprinted plastic bag, protected from sunlight, dust and heat sources, if not in use for a longer period.

7. According to Act No. 449/2003, the warranty period is 2 years, this period is valid only for hidden defects (manufacturing defects), not for normal wear and tear.

8. Any intervention by the consumer into the product will invalidate the warranty. It is mandatory to keep the warranty card and the receipt received at the time of purchase in case of quality complaints.
